Let’s start this preview by giving you the full Magnum PI episode 7 synopsis right now:
“The Cat Who Cried Wolf” – Magnum takes the case of a little girl’s missing cat and, in the process, stumbles upon another cat’s murdered owner who happens to be an FBI agent, on MAGNUM P.I., Monday, Nov. 5 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
As we dive a little bit further into this episode, we’re excited to see just how some of these twists and turns are going to come about — beyond just that, we’re also just interested to learn how Magnum ends up taking the case of this missing cat in the first place. Why go along with this sort of thing except out of pure charity? We hardly think that this kid came to Magnum with piles of cash.
Of course, it’s with the escalation of this case that we imagine things getting even more dramatic and intense. Magnum PI is a series that likes to pack a lot of humor and heart into some of its stories, even when there is a lot of action and excitement all around them. We have a feeling that this is going to be the case here, as well.
While this episode may not feel like much on the surface, these sorts of stories about saving cats and other small-scale cases are at the heart of Magnum PI. He’s a character who, fundamentally, does his best in order to help others.
