Bull season 3 episode 6 sneak peek: Bull checks in on Marissa

If you recall, over the summer Marissa got married and with that, seemed to have much of her personal life in order in a way that she has not for most of the series. For most of the series, she didn’t have much of a personal life at all; yet, in season 2 she had a relationship that turned out to be almost a completely fraud after it was revealed that his main objective was to drain her of her mother.
Moving into Monday’s “Fool Me Twice,” her husband Greg will be trouble — but for an incident that he may not be responsible for. An employee of Greg’s died in the midst of a restaurant fire and with that, it has to be determined now if he holds any responsibility of what happened. If it turns out that he does, the end result of this is that he could be sentenced to jail time.
What Marissa has to figure out in this case is first and foremost, whether or not Greg is the man that she thinks he is. Provided that he is innocent when it comes to the fire, the next order of business is cultivating the right defense. This is one of those things that is so much easier said than done given that there are so many different components at play with it. You don’t know precisely what the jury is going to be like and beyond that, you don’t know the strategy of the prosecutor. This is a classic Bull case, with the major difference here being that there’s someone at the center of it who is close to the team. That changes the dynamics and the way in which the team goes about it.
