Where is the story of Law & Order: SVU going to go moving into season 20 episode 7? The title for this hour is “Caretaker,” and this is going to be a difficult case for everyone in the NYPD to handle. It’s not just a murder; it’s a murder of an entire family, and it it is the sort of thing that is difficult for any cop to stomach. It doesn’t matter whether you are talking about Benson, Rollins, Carisi, or any other character on the series. This will be hard for them to digest, but that also does add to the drive and the determination in order to ensure that justice is served.

Below, CarterMatt has the full SVU season 20 episode 7 synopsis with some more information when it comes to what’s next:

11/01/2018 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Thursday) : The cops wrestle with an unthinkable crime when a family is murdered in their sleep. Starring Mariska Hargitay, Ice T, Kelli Giddish, Peter Scanavino and Philip Winchester. Guest starring Sasha Alexander (Anne Mill), Sandrine Holt (Lisa Abernathy), Soleidy Mendez (Delores Alverez), Gary Basaraba (Billy O’Boyle), Johanna Tolentino (Ximena) and Scott Bryce (Bill Schwartz). TV-14 L, V

This is not the most descriptive synopsis in the world when it comes to the story of this episode, but we don’t really think you need to know all that much. What really matters here, more so than anything else, is that you see the team put their best foot forward in order to ensure that the bad guys are taken down. We know that they are more than capable of tackling a case like this, no matter what is put before them.

Also, it is still a thrill to see Sasha Alexander on the series, given that it’s been a good while since we’ve had a chance to see her on TV. (We still miss Rizzoli & Isles on a pretty deep level.)
