Next week, The Big Bang Theory season 12 episode 7 is going to feature Leonard in a position he doesn’t know altogether well. After all, this is a position in which he holds some power. He’s more used to being in a spot where he listens rather than speaks, especially when it comes to dealing with Sheldon over so many years.
Well, we’re about to find out how he distributes money to some other people working within the school — and it’s probably going to go really badly. Meanwhile, we’re also going to see Bernadette try to do everything that she can in order to find a personal haven for herself.
Below, The Big Bang Theory season 12 episode 7 synopsis offers up some more information when it comes to what lies ahead:
“The Grant Allocation Derivation” – Leonard is caught between a rock and a hard place when he’s responsible for distributing extra grant money. Also, Bernadette turns the backyard playhouse into a hideaway from her husband and kids, on THE BIG BANG THEORY, Thursday, Nov. 1 (8:00-8:31 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
This episode, despite the evolution of some of the characters, feels a little bit like an old-school installment of the series. It’s mostly just about the characters finding themselves in ridiculous positions and figuring out precisely how they want to respond them. This is so much an easier-said-than-done sort of scenario, but it is a way to get some good comedy.
Given that this is the final season, though, we are still at a position where one way or another, every single story matters. You can’t gloss over a single moment since it may be the last moment of that type between now and when the series comes off the air. We’re not that far, after all, from reaching the halfway point of the final season; we’re a good 25% of the way through it now.
