The Last Kingdom season 3 photos: Meet some new characters!
If you look below, you can get a glimpse at some of the new characters who are a part of the period drama: Bloodhair, Skade, Edward, and Cnut. These four individuals will have important rules to play, and it certainly appears that at least a couple of them will be battle-tested. Given that every season will likely become bigger and bigger on some level, it definitely does make some sense to meet some newcomers along the way. These characters are going to help to expand outwards both the scale and the feel of the show, and also probably better inform some of the people we’ve already come to know and love.
We’re writing in the midst of what is bound to be a really-great time for The Last Kingdom, given the fact that we just learned the premiere date a mere matter of days ago and we’re still buzzing about that! Also, given that we are less than a month away from launch, you have to think that both Netflix and the producers behind-the-scenes are going to be doing just about everything that they can in order to ensure that the show gets ample promotion! We want there to be a fourth season, after all, and there have been virtually no suggestions that season 3 will mark the end of the road. We just have to wait to dive into this story … and then also see precisely what is going to be awaiting us on the other side. Just expect a great deal of action and also devastation, given that this is a show that is steeped in bloodshed and you have to anticipate that in advance.
For us, the next order of business is clearly going to be a lengthy, epic trailer for what is coming up next.
