911 season 2 episode 7 spoilers: Ready for a Halloween episode?

For anyone who loves Halloween episodes, we got some great news when it comes to 911 season 2 episode 7! This is a chance to see how the series interprets the holiday — which, we imagine will be hell for a number of first responders. For however much fun that we may have ringing in the holiday in the real world, these people will have to clean up a near-constant stream of messes. People do stupid things this time of year, and that will be documented fully.

Of course, beyond just that we’re also going to have a really-personal story when it comes to Hen and her father — while this is a seasonal episode that could be designed to watch for many more Halloweens to come, it’s also a little bit more than that. This is a show with a lot of different dimensions, and we get the feeling that this upcoming episode will reflect that.

Below, CarterMatt has the 911 season 2 episode 7 synopsis with some information on what lies ahead:

Halloween finds the first responders racing to the rescue at a cemetery, a haunted hayride and a spooky Hollywood parade; Meanwhile Maddie thinks she has received a “ghost” call from a missing hiker; Hen finds herself facing with a life or death situation with the father who abandoned her; Eddie reconnects with his estranged wife (guest star Devin Kelley) in the all-new “Haunted” episode of 9-1-1 airing Monday, Oct. 29 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. What are we expecting by the end of this hour? Hopefully some closure when it comes to Hen and her past, and then also a chance to see some of these characters relax and enjoy some festivities. After everything that they go through on a daily basis, don’t they deserve a chance to catch their breath?

Perhaps the best thing about this episode, though, is that it doesn’t appear as though there is any chance for it to be interrupted by the World Series — which we are certainly seeing elsewhere.
