Outlander notes: The latest on Caitriona Balfe, John Bell, and more!

Outlander season 4

Are you ready for the latest Outlander notes? We’ve got a number of great headlines to talk about here (as usual), but let’s talk first about the latest from Caitriona Balfe.

In a new interview with Parade, you can see the actress talk about a wide array of topics, including Scotland, her home country of Ireland, what she relates to with Claire, and even her new project that she’s been working on as of late in America. She also confirms that (for now) there is still no official title for the film:

The working title is Ford v. Ferrari. It’s about the rivalry between Ford and Ferrari for Le Mans between 1963 and 1966. I play Mollie, the wife of Ken Miles, who helped the famous driver-mechanic Carroll Shelby build the Cobra car. It’s a very cool film about the consequences for family when you live in the life and death world of car racing.

Hopefully, this is a movie project that you are going to get a chance to see at some point in 2019. Sam Heughan has also been working on a movie project as of late in Bloodshot, but that one is not expected to come out until 2020.

Take a look at what the actor had to say below in a new interview with Entertainment Tonight. In here, Bell talks about his character meeting Native Americans and how this experiences changes him. We also get to see a great Rollo cameo at the end here, just for some people out there interested in seeing the dog outside of the show proper.

Finally, we should note that some of the first official reviews for Outlander season 4 are finally starting to come in, and you can check out one of the first ones via Collider over at the link here. There are no major spoilers, but you should be aware of minor ones going in.
