Lethal Weapon season 3 episode 5 return date: ‘Get the Picture’ story
We should start off this particular post with a reminder that there is no new episode next week, mostly because of the MLB playoffs and the World Series coverage. For sure, that rules out October 23 on the schedule. As of right now, episode 5 is going to air on October 30 … provided that the World Series doesn’t go to a game 6. If that happens, Lethal Weapon will be preempted and it could be the middle of November before the show comes back. (Remember that on November 6, Fox will probably preempt the series in order to ensure that they can get full midterm election coverage out there.)
So what can you expect to see when it comes to the story for this episode, whenever it does happen to air? Below, CarterMatt has The Flash season 3 episode 5 synopsis for some other information now when it comes to what’s ahead:
Murtaugh and Cole investigate after a robbery of a truck filled with fine art. Cole deals with lingering feelings for Natalie (guest star Maggie Lawson) after a development in her life. Meanwhile, Riana blackmails Murtaugh into letting her go to a concert after she catches him in a lie he told Trish in the all-new “Get The Picture” episode of LETHAL WEAPON airing Tuesday, Oct. 30 (9:00-10:00PM ET/PT) on FOX. This episode should hopefully be worth the wait, mostly since it seems to be moving forward the story of Natalie and Cole — one that could end up being a rather-nice love story if they can figure out how to be together. That seems to be one of his long-term stories so far this year, but we do think that there’s a little bit of darkness that is going to linger and surface here and there.
As for Murtaugh and his daughter, we imagine that this is going to be a source of comedic relief — though he and Trish could be figuring out some stuff by the end of it.
