What do we like about NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 3 airing on CBS in one week’s time? Much of it starts with the title: “The Prince.” this is going to be a rather-different case for Callen and Sam than they are used to, mostly because of the fact that they are being brought in to protect a certain dignitary from danger. It remains to be seen whether or not this said dignitary is someone who appreciates their protection or finds them to be a pain in the butt. One way or another, this is going to greatly inform where these two characters are in the aftermath of the Mexico trip. This is going to stick with everyone, but more than likely, it will impact Mosley and Hetty more so than LL Cool J or Chris O’Donnell’s character.

Below, the NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 3 synopsis offers up a little bit more in the way of news as to what’s coming:
“The Prince” – Callen and Sam are assigned protection duty for Deputy Crown Prince Kamal (Ritesh Rajan) after an unknown assassin targets his decoy upon his arrival in Los Angeles, on NCIS: LOS ANGELES, Sunday, Oct. 14 (9:30-10:30 PM, ET/9:00-10:00 PM, PT) on the CBS Television Network.
This episode should prove to be fun and fairly action-packed. Basically, we imagine that this is a show that could feel like vintage NCIS: Los Angeles, even though we’re going to be seeing these characters in a slightly-different context than we are necessarily used to. Having Sam and Callen working together on a surprisingly-difficult case is very much ingrained in the series DNA. We’re sure that there are some other stories coming for Deeks, Kensi, and other characters, but CBS tends to be coy with some of these.
