The Good Doctor season 2 episode 3 preview: Dr. Glassman’s hallucinations

Good Doctor episode 2 ratings

Want to know what’s coming up on The Good Doctor season 2 episode 3 on ABC in one week’s time? It’s fair to imagine, right away, that there will be emotion. That’s just a big part of what this show is and we certainly do not imagine that this is going to change.

As for some of the specifics surrounding what lies ahead specifically, one of the things that we know for sure is that we’re going to be seeing Dr. Glassman start to hallucinate after so much of what he’s gone through. It’s an understandable symptom for what has ailed him, but it’s going to also be an emotional gut-punch for him … especially if he ends up having hallucinations of his daughter. This is quite possibly the most painful blast from the past that someone could have.

Beyond just what’s going on with Dr. Glassman, there’s also going to be a rather-massive crisis of leadership at the hospital with so many different characters all feeling as though they somehow know what’s best. Basically, this is the sort of thing that happens when we’re talking about a hospital full of doctors — they all have egos, and with that in mind, they all are going to chime in with a few of their own thoughts.

Finally, let’s turn now to the status of Shaun and Lea — let’s just say that things are not going to be going all that well. Shaun thinks that she wants to be with him just because she feels sorry for him, and this is something that could cause him to act out in turn towards her. Shaun has to find a way in order to forge a middle ground here, since otherwise, he runs the risk of pushing her away.
