Madam Secretary season 5 episode 2 spoilers: A White House attack threat

Madam Secretary season 5 episode 2

At the moment, we’ve heard a good bit about the Madam Secretary season 5 premiere, including some of its famous guest stars. (For more on that, take a look at the video below — you can also subscribe to CarterMatt on YouTube for more.)

So what is happening beyond the upcoming premiere? The mystery’s been out there on that for a while, but we do have more details now on episode 2, which carries with it the title of “The Chaos Game.” This is an opportunity to understand better what sort of stresses Elizabeth McCord and all of President Dalton’s team are facing off against. This is a high-pressure situation for her, especially since one wrong move could end up erupting the country into a full-scale war.

For more, just take a look at the Madam Secretary season 5 episode 2 synopsis below:

The Chaos Game” – When Elizabeth discovers that the White House attackers had support from overseas, she tries to hunt down those responsible without starting a war. Also, Henry comes face to face with one of the attackers, on MADAM SECRETARY, Sunday, Oct. 14 (10:30-11:30 PM, ET/10:00-11:00 PM, PT) on the CBS Television Network.

At the end of season 4, we know that Elizabeth McCord was desperate to do whatever she could in order to facilitate global peace; this is actually one of the reasons why she made the decision to run for President someday. This is why we think that any effort to potentially disrupt peace is going to be amplified on this particular show. After all, we’re confident that most of the characters are going to do what they can to reinforce what Elizabeth worked so hard to achieve at the end of last season. We’re talking mostly here about her attempts to make the world a little less nuclear.
