The Big Bang Theory season 12 episode 3 preview: Keith Carradine returns

The Big Bang Theory season 11 episode 2

Want to know what lies ahead on The Big Bang Theory season 12 episode 3? Let’s just say a familiar face is coming back!

This episode is going to bring back Keith Carradine in the role of Penny’s father Wyatt, and we certainly consider him to be the sort of character we are always happy to get back on the show in some capacity. That’s especially the case with this being the final season of the show; you want to be able to bring back some great characters and see them at least one more time. Given that this episode is also going to feature Penny and Leonard thinking about starting a family — a big move in the life for any person — we definitely think that there is a lot of potential for entertainment here.

(We’re also just happy that there was a chance to see Carradine given that he is a rather busy guy due to his work on Madam Secretary.)

Below, CarterMatt has the full The Big Bang Theory season 12 episode 3 synopsis for a little more information when it comes to what lies ahead:

“The Procreation Calculation” – The Wolowitzes’ life gets complicated when Stuart starts bringing his new girlfriend home. Also, Penny and Leonard talk about starting a family while Koothrappali explores an arranged marriage, on THE BIG BANG THEORY, Thursday, Oct. 4 (8:00-8:31 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Keith Carradine returns as Penny’s father, Wyatt.

As for the idea of seeing Stuart with a girlfriend on a semi-regular basis, we’re interested to see what happens. He’s been one of the least-experienced people in love over the series’ run that it’s going to be exciting to see what the future holds.
