The Conners spoilers: Johnny Galecki will appear as David
In a post on Instagram, Juliette Lewis confirmed that you will get a chance to see the former Roseanne star back as David for at least one appearance on the ABC series. To go along with this, it goes without saying that we’re going to see Lewis, as well! According to a new report from TVLine, you are going to get a chance to see the actress back in the role of David’s girlfriend, someone who was referenced on the show last season but never actually appeared in the flesh.
At the moment, getting Galecki back for an appearance is not a particularly easy thing to do, given that he is still a regular over on The Big Bang Theory. However, because of that show’s relatively-easy shooting schedule there is a way to make things work where he can come over to The Conners for an episode and bring a touch of history with him. He was such a part of Roseanne that it is nice to see him come back; depending on how well The Conners itself ends up faring when it returns with new episodes a little bit later this fall, it’s possible it could come back for more and Galecki could have an even larger part of it. Remember that this is the final season for The Big Bang Theory, and the future for many of the actors who were on that show is not entirely clear.
The Conners itself is going to be premiering on ABC come Tuesday, October 16 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time.
