This Is Us season 3 episode 2 preview: ‘A Philadelphia Story’

This Is Us season 3

What’s coming up on This Is Us season 3 episode 2? We’re getting a story entitled “A Philadelphia Story” that is, of course, offering different timelines. It’s also going to be giving Kevin Pearson an opportunity to dive back into the celebrity world. That’s something that he drifted from at the end of this past season, largely due to the fact that the character had underwent treatment and after that, worked to find himself once more. That’s still something that he is going to be doing this season by tracing the history of his father. Vietnam will be a big part of this season, even if it is not necessarily a huge part of this particular episode. Basically, This Is Us is probably going to be taking its time telling this story, just like they have been taking their time trying to tell a wide array of stories. There’s a specific plan for how things are going to go and the writers are likely going to build to that point.

For some more news about what’s specifically lying ahead next, the This Is Us season 3 episode 2 synopsis below is offering that now:

10/02/2018 (09:00PM – 10:01PM) (Tuesday) : The Pearsons gather to support Kevin at his movie premiere. The teenage Big Three make college decisions. TV-14 S, V

That’s not particularly revealing, but this is much in the vein of many This Is Us synopses over the years. The most important thing is that you just watch with a show like this, given that they are not altogether interested in giving away many twists in advance. They could just issue a warning that “everything is going to be emotional” and that would certainly serve as enough to satisfy a number of people who are out there.
