It’s the morning of the final four eviction show in the Big Brother 20 house, and at the moment, it feels clear what is going to happen: Kaycee is going to take Tyler and evict Angela from the game.
Last night, Kaycee communicated that with Tyler while the two reminisced about what has been a really great run for them in the game. They had an alliance even before Level 6 was a thing in the game, and this is the one that they’ve both stayed loyal to throughout. While Tyler has formed other final two deals, he’s always had Kaycee as a touchstone. We do think that he’s gotten the easy way out here in that he doesn’t have to choose between Angela and Kaycee as to who to evict, and we’re not entirely sure he would have stuck by Kaycee if given a choice here. We’ve heard what he’s said in the diary room on the show, but it would have to be tempting to take her out given that she’s such a bigger threat to win.
At this point, a Tyler – Kaycee final two does feel like the best way to end the season. Kaycee is incredibly likable and she’s shown herself to be an enormous competitor as of late. Meanwhile, Tyler is the best strategic player of the season. Having the best social and strategic players at the end of the season actually makes for a good showdown; Kaycee probably wins between the two, but we do think it’ll make for a good battle. They also each feel ready for a final three showdown against JC, who they should be able to beat. (We recognize that he did just win a competition, but that’s the sort of competition where there is a good bit of randomness involved.)
