NCIS: Los Angeles season 10: Daniela Ruah on Densi wedding possibilities

Densi wedding

Mrs. Carter: We know that there will be a Densi wedding on NCIS: Los Angeles season 10, but how will it play out?

At the moment, this is something that the producers haven’t been too keen on letting us know. I’m hoping that this is some sort of big, romantic affair, something that does pay homage to the journey of Deeks and Kensi through the series to this point. That means getting to see their humor, their proclivity for danger, and also the friendships that they hold dear. This isn’t going to be your typical wedding; that’s something I’m pretty confident about.

At this point, I’m really just hoping that producers actually show the wedding, especially after what Daniela Ruah herself said on the subject to TV Insider:

I’d like to see them get married, but I wonder how much they’ll show. Will Kensi be in a dress walking down the aisle? Or will they just allude to the fact after they wed? Either way, Kensi and Deeks deserve to be together.

I’m obviously hoping that Ruah is being coy when she talks about the wedding, given that it would be gut-wrenching for it to not really be shown all that much. The pattern based on some other crime procedural weddings is that you will most likely get a ceremony and some romantic moments, but something wrong will happen along the way and there will probably still be a case-of-the-week component. These shows often like to provide a mixture of different things in all of their episodes, regardless of whether or not there is a wedding. More than likely, this will not be an exception to the rule.
