Criminal Minds season 14: Could Rossi get married this season?
Over the years, on the CBS series, there have been many different opportunities to see why the relationships in Rossi’s past have not exactly worked out all that well. A big part of that has to deal with his job and some of the demands it puts on him. It makes him distant and detached, and beyond that, he has a really hard time being able to balance anything … or at least he did in the past.
Now, however, things are a little bit different when it comes to Rossi’s life, largely due to the wisdom that he’s gained over the years. He knows more about himself than he once did and also has some different priorities. That’s why there may be a chance for him and his third ex Krystall (played by Gail O’Grady) to make things work.
While show executive producer Erica Messer wouldn’t give away too much when it comes to the series’ future to TVLine, she did have the following to say:
“You know how I’m a sucker for my backyard weddings…”
Cryptic, no? That does make us excited for the idea of there being some sort of wedding for the two, or at least an occasion that brings Rossi and Krystall closer together. I do hope that we get some opportunities in order to see the two of them together, and what’s also so interesting about Rossi is that he may have actually learned something about relationships from people who are younger than him — see JJ and Simmons. They may help him to realize how capable he is.
