The Sinner season 2 episode 1

If you’ve been wanting the truth about Mosswood, we come bearing good news: The Sinner season 2 episode 6 could be providing that very thing. This is going to be a dark, twisted, and potentially super-fascinating episode that unlocks some major secrets about the community at the heart of the story.

CarterMatt has the synopsis for you below for The Sinner season 2 episode 6, one that offers some very important information as to what lies ahead:

Vera reveals Mosswood’s past to Ambrose, leading to a turn in Julian’s case.

This episode is going to be a fantastic one when it comes to giving answers, but we also do have to wonder the following: Why in the world is Vera deciding to share information on Mosswood now? Why not do so beforehand? If we had to cultivate a theory here, it would be that this is a character who is starting to feel tinges of desperation. It’s certainly possible that she is starting to feel as though she doesn’t have any other choice. If this does offer up some more clues on Julian, that’s helpful — if there is one critique that we would offer this season so far, it’s that the writers really haven’t been in all that much of a hurry to present tangible updates on the case itself. Instead, we’ve spent a ton of time getting to know the characters and the world. That may end up connecting, but the writers so far are making us be very patient for answers.

Given that there are now just a small handful of episodes remaining, we certainly do think that USA is going to have to start sharing more sooner rather than later.
