Wentworth season 6 episode 12 (finale) preview: How far will Rita go?
There are a number of things at the center of this episode, but the escape of Ferguson is still going to be at the top of the list. Tensions are going to come to a head over what happened, Vera is going to find that the police are very interested in her, and there is going to be more tension around this story than ever before. This is basically one of those situations where it’s rather hard to imagine some of these characters being able to get out of this situation okay … but crazier things have happened. We do think that some of the Ferguson story will be wrapped up in the finale, largely because that will enable the series to have a chance to move on to some other things.
Also, be prepared to see Rita do just about everything that she can in order to ensure that her sister is protected. This is an episode that could test her emotional limits — and, by the end of it, it could also test the capacity to one character’s survival. Given that this is a series set around a prison, can you really be surprised that a prison fight is going to be one of the biggest stories? This seems to be at the center of the promo that we have for you below, or at least the part of it that is at the very end. Rest assured, we think that the odds are pretty high that it could send a chill down your spine.
