Fear the Walking Dead season 4 episode 11 sneak peek: Morgan’s isolation

Fear the Walking Dead

Fear the Walking Dead season 4 episode 11 is coming your way on AMC Sunday night, and all signs suggest that this is going to be an enormous episode for Morgan. Much in the way that this past episode was a showcase for Alycia Debnam-Carey, this one is going to be a big one for Lennie James.

Basically, what we are looking at within this episode is the story of a man who is far and away different from who he was back before he reunited with Rick Grimes on The Walking Dead proper. There was a time in which he embraced and even appreciated solitude. Yet, he’s a different person now in that he has experienced family and developed something akin to a close bond. He’s had a chance to live within that world now and because of it, understandably he doesn’t want to be without it at all.

All of this is the basis for the new sneak peek below, as Morgan finds himself wandering the wasteland alone. He wants to be able to find something for himself, including an element of stability. Yet, there’s nothing all that much there. Maybe he will get back to Alexandria by the end of the season, but if he does, we certainly don’t believe that this journey is going to resolve itself for him altogether easily.

There are some comparisons that can be made between what some of these characters are going through right now on Fear the Walking Dead and also what some people on The Walking Dead went through on their way to Terminus. While we didn’t know it at the time, this was one of the best eras for the flagship show as we had a chance to see a series of really-delightful personal stories of how certain characters survived and made it through tough times. “The Grove” remains to us one of the best overall episodes of the series.
