Elementary season 6 episode 18 video: Predicting Sherlock’s death

Elementary season 6 episode 18

Monday night Elementary season 6 episode 18 is coming to CBS, and all indications suggest that this one will be creepy — even more so than usual. Any case that Sherlock Holmes takes on is inevitably going to have challenges, but few are quite like realizing that there is someone out there who has a talent of predicting the death of others.

This said person is at the center of Monday night’s new episode, and with that, you have to wonder whether or not this is the sort of thing that will live in Sherlock’s head and fester for some sort of extended period of time. If that happens, it goes without saying that this would be troublesome to the case … but we wouldn’t blame him for it. Even if you know that clairvoyance of this sort doesn’t actually exist, can you really blame someone for allowing this sort of thing to fester in their brain for a while? It’s pretty hard for it not to, all things considered.

To make matters worse, there is another danger festering underneath the surface for Sherlock moving forward this season: Michael. We know that the character is now back, and what’s so dangerous about him is that he doesn’t need to be in front of Sherlock to cause him harm. He’s also not all that interested in killing Sherlock. Instead, his primary order of business is to kill others and force Sherlock into a showdown. He finds the rivalry comforting and an expression of his power; it’s disturbing, and the fact that he can cover his tracks so eloquently makes him almost impossible to investigate.

Basically, the question that we wonder the most moving towards the end of this season is just how far Sherlock is going to be willing to go in order to stop Michael. Will he cross legal lines or try to take him out the “right” and proper way?
