MacGyver season 3 spoilers: Is a frat party-themed episode coming up?
If you look below via Justin’s Instagram page, you can get a reasonably good idea as to what we’re talking about here. Justin claims that he’s pretty tired at the time of recording it, but once we see the episode we’re going to get a chance to understand a little bit better. We could easily envision many of the characters going undercover at some sort of college in order to unearth a massive threat, which sounds both ridiculously entertaining and also just plain ridiculous at the same time — which we really like to think of as the perfect combination for a show like this. You want there to be a lot of humor and a little bit of trouble, and this is the sort of episode that could provide both of those different things.
It’s also notable, much as we’ve said in the past, to continue seeing Reign Edwards in some of these videos and photos from the set. It certainly indicates that even if she is not a series regular for the upcoming season (nothing has been confirmed there just yet), the character is certainly sticking around for at least a little while.
Overall, one of the things that we are excited to see when it comes to the third season is just opportunities to continue to see these characters in different environments. The more opportunities to test these people outside of their current roles, the better off the series will be as a whole.
