Salvation season 2 episode 8 video: Is Darius Tanz missing?

Salvation season 2 episode 7What’s coming on Salvation season 2 episode 8 on Monday night can best be described in one way: The case of a missing President. What happens when the leader of the free world is apparently gone, just mere episodes after the assassination of the previous President? Given the threat of the end of the world, everyone was already pretty on edge to begin with. What’s happening at this point is basically stacking more chaos on top of all the chaos that was already happening.

The new promo below (via CBS) gives you a small sense of what we’re talking about here, and the same can be said for the Salvation season 2 episode 8 synopsis:

“Abre Sus Ojos” – Desperate to defuse a nuclear standoff, Liam receives help from an unlikely source. Also, with Darius missing, Harris and Grace take matters into their own hands, on SALVATION, Monday, August 13 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Is all of this a part of a plan? You have to believe so, mostly because we’ve come to learn that almost everything that happens on this show is for a reason — whether it be helpful or nefarious. We’re also at the point in the season where every move some of these characters make really matters. We’re hoping that some of the major storylines of season 2 are resolved over the next few weeks — after all, there is no guarantee of a season 3 and the ratings right now aren’t really giving us a whole lot of confidence in it. Basically, the series should try to resolve everything now, given that they don’t know for sure that they will be around to resolve some of it down the road.
