Wahlburgers season 9 finale exclusive: Mark prepares for the Mall of America

Tonight, the Wahlburgers season 9 finale is airing on A&E in what is a rare, but rather-fantastic treat: Two episodes back to back! The party starts at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time and then after that, there is another new episode that follows.

Luckily, you don’t have to wait until the finale airs in order to see a part of the episode, as CarterMatt has an official sneak peek below for you that is focused on Mark alongside Johnny Drama and more of the family.

If you want a little more information regarding what lies ahead, just take a look at the official synopsis below:

Over 15,000 fans greet Mark, Donnie and Paul at the largest grand opening in Wahlburger’s history – inside the infamous Mall Of America. While there, the brothers discuss the future of Wahlburgers where Mark and Donnie try to convince Paul on expanding their product line, “Wahlburgers At Home.” Mark strikes a deal that will put Wahlburgers on military bases both here and abroad. Meanwhile, Paul and Donnie come head-to-head about the need to freeze and ship their proprietary beef blend around the world. Also, Donnie learns about his local town’s culture in order to gain the St. Charles City Council’s approval to build his own Wahlburgers.

Basically, this new sneak peek is really just themed around Mark trying his best to get prepared for what is the real big launch in the Mall of America — while also jugging the new product line that includes beef you can buy at your local supermarkets. He wants to get his mother more involved in the social-media aspect of things — there’s always a market for a big personality, after all, especially when it extends the Wahlberg family brand. There’s also something quite endearing in general about how nervous the family still gets over big openings in their clearly-established business — even nine years in, they put a lot of stock and care in the places that they set up their burger shops while also interacting with the local communities around them.

The episodes tonight are going to be what you’ve come to expect from this show: Fun, food, and family. We have a good feeling you’re going to want to watch.
