Big Brother 20 live feed spoilers: Halfway party; double agent Brett (day 50)

Tonight in the Big Brother 20 house, things calmed down a little bit after the shouting early, and that makes sense for one reason: It’s impossible to keep them at the level they were at earlier with Bayleigh completely snapping all over Tyler.

More and more, it’s starting to feel like Tyler is in almost a Paul-like position where he has a group of loyal minions, but nobody on the other side is going to vote for him to win at the end. We certainly don’t think that he will get the support of Hayleigh after this week, and maybe not even some of her allies depending on who he is with.

The halfway party took place tonight, and for those wondering that is a chance to really celebrate the progress in the game — but it was probably super-divided given how the house is at the moment. On the other half of it, we were left with a shocking thought: Brett may actually be playing the best game right now. Tyler’s target is significantly larger thanks in part to Haleigh and Bayleigh, and tonight Brett has done a lot of reconnaissance work going over to the Hive side of the house and comforting Bayleigh and being a friend to her. He’s going to stab her in the back tomorrow still, but he somehow has this charm about him that allows him to get away with stuff — even if Rockstar still finds him disgusting. Yet, she’s even come around on him a little bit!

We don’t think Brett’s status in the game is going to last for long, though, largely due to the fact that these people will all just be super-mad at him tomorrow when he gets rid of another number. It’s all about how he recovers from it and moves forward in the game. Consider this an example today of how someone else getting screamed at makes you look appetizing by comparison.

Pending some surprise vote, be prepared to see Bayleigh leave tomorrow. We do think Haleigh is a capable player, though, so we do think that side still has a chance to get power again.
