As we dive into SEAL Team season 2 premiering this fall on CBS, do you want to know what lies ahead for Jason?
With many different shows, there is a theory that we like to ascribe to how their story with be told. Often, the goal of the first season is to get a chance to know who the characters. Meanwhile, the second season is the chance to really break everything down and really circumvent expectations. It gives you a chance to better understand motivations and also how characters react to certain situations. There is some potential for interesting, meaty stuff moving forward, and we’re certainly excited to see just how the writers are going to play much of that.
Just in case you are wondering how series star David Boreanaz describes some of the action ahead, he had the following to say via Yahoo! TV:
“With Season 1, we were feeling him out and seeing how he ticks. His vulnerability is a little more raw going into the first five episodes of Season 2, and I’m looking forward for people to see that.”
Season 2 of SEAL Team is probably going to bring something similar for many of the other supporting characters, as they all have major decisions to make in the aftermath of the first season. They need to look more towards their future and there could be some interesting things that come with that.
Boreanaz also noted that the show has done a little bit of filming out of order this season, with the first and third episodes being filmed at the same time. That’s something that does happen relatively often with series that are fairly early on in their run for a season, mostly because it is a little bit easier to accommodate actor schedules that way.
