MacGyver season 3 and a little bit of behind-the-scenes fun
Yet, we do have a couple of fun little behind-the-scenes teasers in this article courtesy of series regular Justin Hires (Bozer), who has always been a great ambassador for the show. In one of them, you can see what seems to be a game of beer pong. While it’s not entirely clear who’s taking part in it, the red Solo cups make this pretty darn identifiable. We don’t know when the Phoenix Foundation team is going to have time to play said beer pong in between trying to get MacGyver back and then also taking part in various missions, but that is likely neither here nor there.
Beyond just this, we do have another funny video featuring Hires in which he tries to get his fellow actors Tristin Mays (Riley) and Reign Edwards (Leanna) to sang a random little ditty about being on the set. What this gives away is mostly that Leanna is sticking around for at least a little while since production has been underway for a bit now. We haven’t heard anything about a series-regular promotion for sure, but it is something to watch out for coming up.
So when will more official MacGyver news start to come out? Think in terms of later this month, as CBS is going to have to start inching towards their promotional campaign for most of their fall shows. While we know that there are a number of different series that they have to premiere, we just hope that MacGyver still finds a way to get a little bit of attention in the midst of it all. The same goes with several other shows that are more than a couple of seasons into their run.
