Power season 5 episode 6 preview: Tasha, Ghost, and the cover-up game

Power

Following everything that transpired on Sunday night, it almost goes without saying that Power season 5 episode 6 will be a pressure cooker.

All of a sudden, we’re gearing up for an episode in which multiple members of the St. Patrick family are starting to feel the heat. For Tasha, she is realizing that working with Angela may be one of the only ways in which she can ensure her and Tariq’s freedom. She can prepare her with some important questions to ask while she is interviewed by the police. Tasha is in a difficult spot — she has to continue to proclaim that she wants justice for her daughter Raina at all costs. Yet, she also knows full well that if someone ever finds out that Ray Ray is the killer, they could connect him back to Tariq … and potentially also the fact that Tariq killed him. She has done just about everything that she can to hide all important evidence, but has she really done enough?

You can see some of the Tasha – Angela dynamic to come by watching the promo over here (with a warning for language — this is Power); to go along with that, this episode will also bring you Ghost trying to get some advice from Joe Proctor over how to handle his new problem over at Truth. His club is going to be investigated as a source of potential money laundering because of Teresi selling Tommy out, and he has to be prepared for the most scrutiny he’s been under this season.
