Blue Bloods season 9: What we know to date; a video discussion
Yet, the hiatus has been going strong for a while now and it’s not going to be until late September when we get some relief. This article is all about detailing a few of the things that we know so far about the upcoming batch of episodes, what to be excited about, and also what to hope for.
1. The Jamko of it all – This is the most obvious thing, given that Jamie and Eddie got together at the end of this past season and it’s pretty darn clear entering season 9 that these two are going to be a couple. Yet, there are still plenty of questions to wonder in terms of precisely where things are going to go for the two of them moving forward. There’s no evidence that a wedding happened during the summer — we just know that she will be a regular at the dinner table moving forward!
2. Lou Diamond Phillips is appearing – The Longmire alum is stopping by for at least one episode, and what’s so exciting about that is that he’s a great character chameleon who can play heroes, villains, and also ordinary guys with ease.
3. Filming’s been underway for a little while – This week marked the first family dinner of the season and we imagine that there are going to be many more coming up!
4. Erin’s going to be moving up the ladder – This is something that Tom Selleck has mentioned over the summer, while also noting that Frank is still going to have some questions and quandaries over Jamie and Eddie working together while also being romantically intertwined.
