America’s Got Talent video: The Sacred Riana returns for Judge Cuts

America's Got Talent

The Judge Cuts rounds for America’s Got Talent continues on Tuesday night with the return of one of the creepier acts of the season: The Sacred Riana!

What this act does is really something totally different from anyone else on the show: She puts her all into finding ways to deliberately freak you out … while also doing some magic along the way. She’s very good at what she does, and she is also seasoned from her time on international versions of this show.

With that in mind there is a polarizing nature to her appearance on AGT — as a matter of fact, there have been some that have called her performances, including the one at the Judge Cuts featured in the video below, too similar to what she’s done before. Aaron Crow is the same.

Yet, who criticizes a singer when they do the same song multiple times? Also, a good 95%-plus of America’s Got Talent’s average viewership probably has no idea that she was on another edition of the show before this one. To most of these people, she is a complete revelation. The performance that she does with the doll is so different than anything else that a magician has done on the series in the past, though Mel B did kind of screw part of it up by handing it down to Howie Mandel midway through. The better thing for her to do would be to just roll with it — after all, it’s not like any serious damage is going to happen to her!
