Is Wynonna Earp season 3 new tonight? Well, define ‘new’…
For those who do have questions, here’s what we can say. There is technically a new episode airing tonight in that this is the premiere as it was originally scheduled. Yet, the premiere actually aired early as a special viewing late Monday, a move that was designed as a special treat (and so that people who are at San Diego Comic-Con got a chance to see it early). There is some bonus material on the show tonight for those of you who do get a chance to the original premiere, or just want a chance to check it out again. If you do love Wynonna Earp, we do think that there is a reason to go back and watch it again. If nothing else, you’re helping to ensure that there is another season coming up in the future. We want that renewal sooner rather than later!
For viewers who are in Canada, there’s no real debate here at all! Wynonna Earp is completely new tonight north of the border, and it’s an exceptional first episode.
If you have already seen the premiere, the first thing that you can do is head over here and read our review! Beyond that, check back next week for more coverage of season 3 episode 2, an episode that is going to have a LOT of story to take on based on what happened in the premiere. We’re hesitant to say any more than this, mostly in fear of giving anything too major away. Let’s just say that on the other side of this, there are a number of different things that will never be the same.
