Colony season 3 finale spoilers: ‘What Goes Around’; latest ratings

The Colony season 3 finale is airing on USA in one week’s time, and the title for it alone has interesting implications: “What Goes Around.” More than likely, you’ve heard the expression “what goes around, comes around,” which always tends to suggest to us that someone is going to find themselves facing some rather-shocking ramifications for what lies ahead. Given the nature of this show, and also precisely what Will and some other characters are up against, don’t be shocked if there is one of the most dramatic endings yet.

Unfortunately, there is some news here that makes us a little bit worried about the show’s future — which, in turn, should be further incentive for everyone to check out the show live, in the event that they haven’t already.

To date, this season is averaging a 0.2 rating in the 18-49 demographic and also 680,000 total viewers — which are down more than 35% and 15% versus the prior seasons. If there is one bit of advice we would offer up some fans of the show, it’s to watch it live and watch it in droves. One of the interesting things that could impact the show’s future is where it ends up filming and how much it could save due to tax incentives. For example, Colony ended up having to move away from Los Angeles to Vancouver after failing to land a credit for season 3. USA will look at the budget, the ratings, and more.
