Take Two season 1 episode 5: Details on ‘Death Becomes Him’

Take Two

While ABC’s Take Two season 1 episode 3 airs this Thursday, ABC has released the synopsis for episode 5 titled “Death Becomes Him.” Take a look at it below:

“Death Becomes Him” – A terminally ill man hires Eddie and Sam to protect him from the very hitman he hired to make his death look like an accident. When he discovers he was misdiagnosed and is going to live, he fears for his life. Together, Eddie and Sam must keep him safe and in hiding long enough to find and stop his hired killer but soon learn that the hitman isn’t the only one after him, on “Take Two,” THURSDAY, JULY 19 (10:00–11:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand.

Sam and Eddie will definitely have their hands full during this episode with trying to protect a man while simultaneously trying to stay alive themselves. The series is now getting into a rhythm with their case-of-the-week format while also getting use to the interaction between Sam and Eddie. We know who all the players are in the show and we know the parts they play. While this episode sounds very interesting and fun to watch, we are still waiting for something to be revealed to us.

As we have stated many, many times before and that fans have have been very vocal about, this show has many similarities to MilMar’s (Terri Edda Miller and Andrew W. Marlowe’s) other hit show, Castle. One of the things we still are waiting to see is how this show is different. The characters are different and it’s set in a different city, but we are still waiting to see how they will be separated. Why is this show different from the last? Why was this series given a straight to series order? What’s the hook that the writers have that made the network say yes? It’s clear this will be a love story while dealing with events from each of their pasts, and we want to see how this love story is different.

However, don’t think for a second we aren’t going to watch this show, because we definitely are. As we stated before, this series can replace that good love story we have been waiting and we know we just have to be patient, and that’s why we will continue to watch. We support you MilMar and will wait patiently for the twists and turns that lie ahead.

Take Two airs Thursday at 10 p.m. on ABC. For more news related to Take Two, be sure to visit this link.
