Power season 5 spoilers: Lela Loren teases Angela’s future
Loren, who is of course otherwise known for her role as Angela, stopped by BUILD Series recently for what was a lively (and exciting) interview. In that, she does her part to set up some of the story that is coming in the weeks ahead. She discusses some of the story, Angela’s emotional process, and some of the clear history that is there between her and some other people within the world of the show. At this very moment, it should feel abundantly clear to everyone that Angela is someone who’s got a lot going on. She’s got a lot of history with Ghost, and there’s always a possibility that the past becomes the present again.
Beyond just that, though, we’re going to have a chance to see Angela and Tasha working together in some ways that we haven’t seen before. That’s what we want to see with the series moving forward — more opportunities to see things shaken up and different than anything that we’ve seen before. A big part of what makes a series like Power interesting is its ability to push the envelope, and we know that to date, we’ve already seen all of these characters in some situations that we never would’ve expected and have not seen on the series before. Hopefully, this is a trend that continues moving into the future. We know, after all, that there is a season 6 coming up following what’s happening this summer.
