Shades of Blue season 3 episode 2 preview: Harlee’s search for corruption

Shades of Blue

What’s coming up on Shades of Blue season 3 episode 2? This is an episode that could be defined by many different things, but the continuance of Harlee’s quest is one of the most important. We know thanks to the setup of the premiere precisely where things are going and what her motives now are: She’s trying to do everything that she can to expose high-level problems within the NYPD. Unfortunately, we’ve also learned in the process that in order to get justice, sometimes, you have to get your hands dirty in the process. There are some betrayals coming and with that, a whole lot of anger.

Basically, this is the season where Harlee is going to have to figure out her soul more so than any other.

For a little bit more news regarding what’s coming on Shades of Blue season 3 episode 2, be sure to check out the attached synopsis:

Dealing with a loss, Harlee pursues evidence of a higher level of corruption within the NYPD. Wozniak tries to protect Harlee and his crew from escalating threats.

Of course, there is one other important question that we also wonder with Woz right now — how much does he really trust Harlee at this point? Does he really want to trust her? Moving into this episode, he may feel a certain degree of betrayed. She wants to move forward, but he is ready to take down Quince the moment that he has it.

Can she really do things differently? Maybe we’ll get a chance to see over the course of this episode. There are no problems coming, so rest assured that the show isn’t just going to take on some of the events that we’ve seen on the series to date. New problems are coming, and the biggest question of all now is going to be how much losing James influences Harlee’s future in the long-term.
