Poldark season 4: Luke Norris on hard times to come for Dwight
While Dwight Enys and Caroline may have received some great news on Poldark in the form of her pregnancy, it seems (unfortunately) that this round of good news is set to be short-lived. There are some devastating things still to come that will try the two parties, which can’t be a shock because if everything was great all of the time there really wouldn’t be all that much of a show! It will more than likely continue to put them through hell in the weeks/months to come.
Today, Luke Norris and Gabriella Wilde made an appearance on This Morning, where they talked a little bit about what is coming up for the two characters — which basically means that there is quite a bit that you should really be prepared to see:
“Things are wonderful for them for a short time and then things become complicated again because it’s Poldark and that’s what happens … All the relationships are very difficult and complex and they have a tough time.”
Meanwhile, Wilde noted that season 4 was the “most challenging series, it was great to share it with Luke … [It took a lot] to film these scenes.”
Basically, what we’re saying here is to expect pain and plenty of it for these two characters as we see their story progress. It shouldn’t come as too great of a shock that this is something that we should anticipate, just because this is the sort of series where there are potentially-devastating things around every corner. Yet, there are just some things that you can’t prepare for. Even if you are familiar with the source material and know a thing or two regarding what lies ahead, we imagine that there are still some ways in which Poldark could find a way to surprise you.
