Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner gets perfect tattoo honoring show

Game of Thrones

Sophie Turner has lived in the skin of Sansa Stark for many years — now, she’s carrying a part of the character on her own skin for the remainder of her life.

As you can see below via tattoo artist Lauren Winzer, the Game of Thrones star has managed to ensure that she has a part of Sansa with her forever — the familiar direwolf symbol for House Stark on her arm. Below the wolf you can also see the words “the pack survives,” which is likely a message all about the sense of unity some of the House Stark actors have formed over the years. She and Maisie Williams (Arya) have forged a very-close friendship on the series and we know that all of these actors have effectively grown up together doing this show. It’s a rather unusual way to experience some of the most formative years of your life, but we have a feeling that they are all immensely grateful for it.

Game of Thrones is now formally entering the home stretch of production, and it won’t be long before everyone can officially move on to the next big thing. We’ve got a pretty good feeling in the aftermath of this show that every single cast member is going to get all sort of cool offers. When you are a part of the most-success franchise in HBO history, just about every single actor is going to be in demand.

Unfortunately, you are going to have to wait a while in order to see Game of Thrones season 8 in action. The series is going to return with new episodes in 2019.
