Billions season 4 premiere date hopes for Damian Lewis, cast
We should, of course, kick things off here with another reminder that there will in fact be a Billions season 4 coming up at some point in the future. This has already been confirmed by Showtime and it’s really no surprise. While we don’t quite think that it has received as much Emmy consideration as it deserves, it is still very much critically acclaimed.
Ultimately, Showtime isn’t going to want to wait too long in order to get more of this show out there for viewers. It’s one of their hottest properties, especially with Homeland ending next year and with Shameless on the later part of its run. (Hopefully, that show has at least another couple of seasons still in the tank.) We would imagine the Billions season 4 premiere date to be at some point in either the late winter or early spring, though it come come as late as early summer if this season takes a little bit more time. One of the things that probably does aid this show production-wise is that so much of it tends to take place in New York. It doesn’t have to move around anywhere near as much as Homeland or even Ray Donovan now, which is shifting over to New York City for its upcoming season. Being a little bit less nomadic likely does aid Billions further on some level.
Hopefully, we will get a good chance to learn some more news regarding a Billions season 4 premiere date at some point near the end of this year. We have a hard time thinking that Showtime will be in a hurry to announce the start date, given that they will give some time for everything to simmer down following the end of the season. Just rest assured that there will be more, and we would be shocked if there is not a season 5 on the other side of season 4. This show seems destined to last for however long the producers and cast want to continue making it.
