Ransom season 2 episode 10 preview: Crisis in the skies

Ransom new tonight

Ransom season 2 episode 10, airing on CBS next week, is going to give the show an opportunity to take on a storyline that we have seen other series tackle at one point or another over the years: A crisis aboard an airplane. Basically, what this means is that the protagonist is going to have to figure out a way to save some other characters from a desperate situation — it’s the sort of thing that would never be shown as in-flight entertainment aboard a plane.

It does make a great deal of sense for a show like Ransom to want to take on a story set in the sky, mostly because there is really no room for gray areas at all. This is about as black-and-white of a situation as you are going to find. If Eric finds a way to resolve this particular crisis, he saves the lives of many people. However, if he fails that means an immense tragedy occurs. this is an either/or situation without a whole lot of breathing room in the middle; basically, this is the sort of situation in which he thrives in.

Below, the Ransom season 2 episode 10 synopsis offers up a little bit more in the way of insight as to what is coming up next:

“Radio Silence” – While on board a plane with his daughter, Morgan, Eric must negotiate with a suicidal co-pilot and find out what triggered him after he locks the captain out of the cockpit and threatens to crash the plane, on RANSOM, Saturday, June 16 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

If you really enjoy watching Ransom, the advice that we can offer for you is rather simple: Find a way to watch live (we know the timeslot stinks), and encourage others to do the same! That’s the only way to guarantee that the series comes back for another season. Its future is still in question at present.
