Quantico season 3 episode 5 preview: Missing uranium!
Quantico season 3 episode 5 is coming onto ABC next Friday, which is something you should probably write down in the event that you haven’t heard the news just yet. The show is now officially in its new timeslot!
While over on Fridays, though, the series is going to continue to tell the same sort of stories that it has for most of this season, one that really emphasize individual missions that give the team a chance to take on some different challenges almost every week. The stories are a little more contained, but the high stakes are still present very much in the way that they once were. The threat on next week’s “The Blood of Romeo” is pretty significant, largely because you’re dealing with something like uranium that has danger beyond measure. The synopsis below does a good job of laying out precisely what some of the team is actually up against here:
When a physics professor at a major U.S. university steals weaponized uranium, the team scrambles to find the professor and the missing uranium before it can be used against an important international summit meeting in New York City.
There are a number of big questions here to wonder, but one of the largest ones is simply this: Why in the world would a professor in this position steal uranium? They obviously know that they are going to be found out and with that in mind, they are probably going to act rather quickly to ensure that they achieve whatever it is that they want. Our hope at the very end of this episode is that (of course) the villain is stopped but, beyond that, that there are some viewers still watching. While this is a show that has already been technically canceled, we do still want to see it maintain as much of a viewership as possible.
