Fear the Walking Dead season 4 episode 7 return date: Madison’s choice

Fear the Walking Dead season 4 episode 7

Before getting too much into the story, we really should start this article off by sharing the Fear the Walking Dead season 4 episode 7 return date: Sunday, June 3.

Why the two-week wait to get more installments of the series? There is a rather simple answer to that: Memorial Day. The three-day weekend often leads to a ratings vacuum and there is a little bit of irony in that. For most of the month of May, we’ve had a near-deluge of headlines when it comes to various TV shows. However, moving into the end of the month we’re having to brace for a dead period. AMC doesn’t want to throw Fear the Walking Dead to the wolves there. They still want the show to get good ratings, especially since there is no official renewal for season 5 at the moment. While we do think that one is eventually going to be coming, nothing is 100% right now and you certainly don’t want to take things for granted.

Now, let’s get back to the story, as the Fear the Walking Dead season 4 episode 7 synopsis offers up some more information as to what is coming up:

Madison’s decision to help an adversary has unintended consequences; John Dorie’s life hangs in the balance.

Given that we are getting close to the end of the first part of the season, this is of course the time in which some answers need to start coming on everything from the chronology to the role of characters like John in the overall story. He’s one of the biggest enigmas within the series at the moment, a man who we are still trying to unravel. With him in danger in this episode, we could see the pendulum swinging either way. After all, his role may have been that of a conduit who helped to usher in this new era of the series.
