Gotham season 4 finale spoilers: Bruce Wayne gets closer to Batman

Gotham season 4 finale

What is coming up on the Gotham season 4 finale? Let’s just say that we’re gearing up for one of the most-important stories of the entire series.

First and foremost, let’s kick things off here with the episode’s title in “No Man’s Land.” That is a very clear reference to a major event from the comics and as the story progresses, you’re going to see in turn many different surprises. This story is going to be dramatic, violent, and by the end of it there could be many people with their jaws on the ground. Gotham is on the brink of mass carnage as Jeremiah is getting ready for the next part of his plan. This, in turn, could lead to Bruce making one of the biggest decisions that he has over the course of his life — we’ve got a feeling that this could have a thing or two to do with an alter ego in Batman. Who’s feeling pumped to see that character in action?

Below, the Gotham season 4 finale synopsis offers up some more information regarding what is coming up:

Jeremiah warns a skeptical Gordon of more destruction coming Gotham’s way, and Gordon is forced to make a potentially devastating decision. Meanwhile, Barbara rallies together a team to secure her position, as alliances in the underworld shift and prove no one can be trusted. Then, Bruce is forced to come to terms with the future.

We write this particular Gotham article at a time in which the future of the series on Fox is still not 100% official — we’re hoping for good news but we’re also well aware that things could go either way. It’s pretty darn clear at the moment that Fox is in a cancellation mood — you don’t get rid of The Mick, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and The Last Man on Earth otherwise.
