Grey’s Anatomy season 14 episode 24: Jessica Capshaw, Sarah Drew leave
Where things get a little bit interesting, though, is precisely how the two characters of Arizona and April could be leaving. For Arizona, it’s a little bit clearer in that she could be leaving in order to start the new Institute with Dr. Herman in New York. However, with April things are not entirely clear. She could leave as a result of what happened to her, or she could decide instead in order to take off for some other opportunity.

Meredith Grey and the team of doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial are faced with life-or-death decisions on a daily basis. They seek comfort from one another, and, at times, more than just friendship. Together they discover that neither medicine nor relationships can be defined in black and white.
By the end of the finale there’s a good chance that we could see a few other surprises — after all, there have been many cryptic teases for this episode over the years and we have to imagine that some of these will lead to devastating events. Grey’s Anatomy finales have a reputation to uphold; we know already that there is going to be a season 15 of the show so with that, you can put that part of the mystery out of your mind. Instead, the focus here should be pivoted instead to something else: Seeing if there is a way in which the story unfolds.
