NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 22 preview: Pride under attack

NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 22 carries with it the title of “The Assassination of Dwayne Pride” and for good reason. This is going to be the episode this season where almost everyone starts to unravel because of a story that starts to circulate regarding the character. We know that Pride is a good cop, and someone who is willing to do almost anything and everything in order to ensure that justice is served. Unfortunately, there are times in which his pursuit of justice gets him into trouble, which is more or less where we find this particular character now. Over the final episodes of this season we imagine that Pride is going to scramble and do just about everything he can in order to ensure that he gets some answers. If he doesn’t, we imagine that this will cause some further problems for both him and the entirety of the team.

“The Assassination of Dwayne Pride” – When journalist Oliver Crane (Mark Gessner) posts a scathing article documenting Pride’s “reckless use of justice,” the team is concerned about the fallout from the piece and the confidential information included in the story. Also, Rita Devereaux (Chelsea Field) warns Pride that someone in D.C. has coordinated this attack on him, and the article is just the beginning, on NCIS: NEW ORLEANS, Tuesday, May 8(10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Even though Pride has known about the notion of people targeting him for quite some time now, he has opted not to give them too much attention — and for good reason. After all, he knows that he has a job to do and wants to stay focused on that. We do get that too a certain extent, given that there are many things out there in this world that one cannot control.
