New to Netflix (April 2018): Lost in Space, David Letterman, Joel McHale, and more

What’s coming to Netflix in April 2018? Think quite a few different things, but especially a lot of movies. We’ve spoken a lot about different original series that have come on the service over time (CarterMatt is a TV site after all), but come April you’ve got everything from the movie version of Friday Night Lights to Seven to Despicable Me 3. There’s a lot of good stuff in here for all audiences, though we will say in general that there aren’t as many notable series as in past months.

Note that Jane the Virgin season 4 could be announced for this month (it does end on The CW this April), but there is no official date at the moment.
