The Resident episode 10 return date for Matt Czuchry, cast
Unfortunately, there is no new episode of the Matt Czuchry – Emily VanCamp series coming up on Fox next week. Meanwhile, there is not going to be another episode airing in the week that follows that. We’re going to be forced to wait all the way until at least Monday, April 16 in order to see what is coming up next. (This date comes via the Futon Critic.) Why the long wait? The answer to this question is roughly the same as it always is: There are a limited number of episodes to come this season and with that, the series is going to need to take some sort of break in the event that it does want to end during the May sweeps.
As for what we want to see the remainder of the season, that can be described in a few different ways.
Connor and Nic – Can’t these two characters figure out their relationship? It does feel like something more permanent is coming, or at least we hope that there is given that these two fundamentally have many of the same goals.
Dr. Lane Hunter – Is someone going to be able to call her out for some of her many misdeeds? Trying to figure out precisely how to stop Lane is one of the things we’re the most excited about, largely because it feels as though she is the medical version of a wolf in sheep’s clothing. It seems as though she is one sort of person, but you realize soon that she is anything but.
Dr. Bell – Sooner or later, his tremor could end up destroying both him and his reputation — and we’re totally there for it. We don’t wish anything terrible on the man, but we do think he is deserving of some comeuppance largely because of the fact that he has intentionally lied and done so many terrible things to throw other people under the bus.
