Is someone pregnant on Chicago Fire season 6?
If you saw some of the previews in advance for this installment airing, you almost certainly knew that someone could end up being in this situation. There was a pregnancy test! At about twenty minutes into the episode, we found out who that person apparently was: Sylvie Brett. She was starting to feel nauseous and was throwing up around the firehouse. At that point, Dawson was the one to tell her that she may actually be expecting. The two started to put some of the signs together and after that, Brett had some serious matters to attend to. If she was pregnant, Antonio was the father.
The moment that Dawson did figure things out, she did her best to take care of her — including going to the pharmacy to help her get a test. There actually was some humor in here, but things turned serious when Brett started to freak out over it. She wasn’t ready to be pregnant and struggling with some of what came along with that.

Following this, the next order of business was pretty clear: She had to figure out a way to tell Antonio. She tried to do that but in the middle of saying it she was called away. Later on in the episode Brett finally decided that she was ready to take the test — she hadn’t talked about it with Antonio yet, but she was starting to be more at peace with the idea of being pregnant. Of course, it was at this point that she actually realized that she wasn’t actually pregnant. Isn’t this how it works? Right when you get used to the idea the idea goes away.
