Lucifer season 3 episode 19 preview: ‘Orange is the New Maze’

Lucifer season 3 episode 19

Excited for Lucifer season 3 episode 19 to air in one week’s time? We sure are and for a number of different reasons, starting with the fact that this is going to be an episode that really puts the character of Maze in the spotlight like no other. In some ways, this episode is revolving around what is a fairly classic crime-TV trope of characters getting accused of a crime that they did not supposedly commit. This time around, though, there’s something fun about the accused being Maze because she is not the sort of character who is going to handle such an accusation well. She will probably lash out, and to go along with that likely make her voice heard on a number of different occasions. It’s going to be up to the team in order to help her further.

The Lucifer season 3 episode 19 synopsis that CarterMatt has for you below offers up some more insight as to what’s coming up:

When Maze is the prime suspect in a murder, Lucifer and Chloe enter the world of bounty hunting to investigate. Maze decides she wants to go back to Hell, but after Lucifer refuses, she turns to Pierce for help. Meanwhile, Charlotte’s sanity is questioned when she makes a big discovery and Chloe admits she’s dating someone in the all-new “Orange Is The New Maze” episode of LUCIFER airing Monday, March 26 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (L-315) (TV-14 D, L, V)

As for who Chloe is dating, it’s pretty clear at present that all signs are pointing towards Marcus Pierce. After all, these two characters have been building towards something in that capacity for quite some time and we imagine that there is going to be something super-intriguing in seeing just how Lucifer reacts to this. We can’t imagine that he is going to be altogether thrilled with it.
