Timeless season 2 episode 3 is bringing you a Lucy – Wyatt kiss
As the new promo that CarterMatt has for you below officially gives away for the first time, this episode is going to be the one that features Lucy and Wyatt (played by Abigail Spencer and Matt Lanter) kissing in a way that seems romantic and not just for the sake of a mission. (If NBC is giving us all a red herring, can you imagine the revolts that are going to come along with that?).
This episode will be bringing you a lot of interesting drama really from start to finish, which shouldn’t come as a surprise given that the main characters are traveling back to the early days of Hollywood glamour in order to track down another Rittenhouse sleeper agent. They will meet Hedy Lamarr (as evidenced in the synopsis here), but that may not be the thing that anyone remembers anywhere near as much as the kiss.
Is this going to lead to a full-fledged relationship? It’s much too early to say anything about that, but this puts them more on that road. There are plenty of reasons for these two to actually be together, starting with the simple fact that there are clearly feelings and they are having a lot of shared experiences traveling together through time. These are the sort of bonds that can often lead to a relationship becoming so much more. Nobody is going to be able to ever really understand either Lucy or Wyatt anywhere near as much as each other.
Just remember — this is TV. Nothing when it comes to relationships is ever so cut and dry and we have a pretty hard time thinking that this is going to be. Follow the journey, and for now have trust that the story for the two is going to end in happiness.
