NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 19: Shalita Grant’s last episode

NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 19 sounds as though it could be an exciting hour of entertainment for the series, but we also finding ourselves discusses this episode with a heavy heart. We love Shalita Grant and her character of Sonja Percy, but this will presumably be the final episode of the series. At least we know now with some confidence that when she leaves following this April 3 installment entitled “High Stakes,” she is going out with a big Percy – LaSalle storyline under her belt.

“High Stakes” – Percy and Lasalle go undercover at a high-stakes, underground poker game after the organizer targets players with access to a naval research laboratory. Also, Laurel Pride (Shanley Caswell) visits her dad during spring break to discuss options after her upcoming graduation, on NCIS: NEW ORLEANS, Tuesday, April 3(10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

We are excited to see Laurel back on the show and for her and Pride to share some fun moments together, especially when it comes to seeing what her future could hold on the other side of her graduation. (Is it completely crazy to think that she could join the team someday?) Anyhow, the main meat of this episode to us is going to be seeing just how the writers choose to give Grant and her character a proper due after being a part of the show the past few years. She’s brought a lot to this character and “PerSalle” was easily the series’ most-popular ‘ship. It should prove rather interesting seeing precisely how the show chooses to move forward without it. We would hope a big part of it would feature a somewhat-somber LaSalle wondering if there are things he could have done differently/how many regrets that he has. He’s not a character who spends that much time looking backward but he certainly could here.
